Governor Volleyball Drops 4 Game Match in Sioux Falls

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The Pierre Governor volleyball team had their 3 game winning streak snapped on Thursday in Sioux Falls as the Sioux Falls Roosevelt Rough-Riders recorded a 3-1 victory over the Governors. The Riders won by set scores of 25-21, 25-21, 18-25, 25-12. The first two matches were tight though-out with Roosevelt prevailing but Pierre turned the corner in the third game to win and send the game to the 4th set that Roosevelt dominated and took advantage of a couple of Governor errors to record the win. No individual statistics were made available at press time. With the setback, the Governors are now even at 3 and 3 on the season.
