Governor Baseball Second in Class A Standings

PIERRE, S.D. – Brandon Valley and the Pierre Governor Spring High School baseball teams hold down the top two spots in the South Dakota High School Baseball Association Class A Standings for the post season playoffs after Sunday’s games. Brandon Valley and Pierre are followed by Sturgis in the number 3 spot and Sioux Falls O’Gorman in the number 4 position. Sioux Falls Washington is 5th followed by Mitchell, Sioux Falls Lincoln and Harrisburg in the number 8 spot. The second 8 is headed up by Yankton followed by Brookings, Sioux Falls Roosevelt, Rapid City Central, Huron, Rapid City Stevens, Watertown and Douglas. The Region playoffs will be the weekend of May 17-18-19 with the Class A State tournament scheduled for Saturday May 25th in Sioux Falls.
