PIERRE, S.D. – Pierre Riggs High School Athletic Director Brian Moser has been selected as the Region 4 Athletic Director of the Year by the South Dakota High School Interscholastic Athletic Administrators. Moser is one of 8 Region Athletic Directors of the Year award winners. Randy Marso of Brandon Valley has been named the SDIAAA Athletic Director of the Year as well as the 2020 NFHS Citation Award nominee and the Region 5 AD of the Year. Bill Clements from Dakota Valley was named the “Steve Berseth” Professional Development Award Winner while Paul Nepodaul of Deubrook Area was the State Award of Merit Award recipient. Joey Struwe of Sioux Falls Lincoln was the NIAAA Distinguished Service Award Nominee. Jim Dorman of Sioux Falls along with Gary Weismantel of Herreid and Chirs Lund, deceased, are the 2020 Hall of Fame Award Inductees.
