PIERRE, S.D. – Although many sports leagues and organizations have suspended their seasons, the Pierre Trappers and the Expedition League have no plans to suspend the 2020 season at this time. The team made the announcment on twitter on Sunday. The Trappers are still moving forward to start their season on time and will be opening the 2020 season at home hosting the Sioux Falls Sunfish, the newest team in the Expedition League on May 26th. The Trappers will begin their third season in the Expedition League and will once again play their home games at Hyde Stadium.
