Trey Smith walked it off for the Broncos with an RBI base hit, as their pitching staff was able to hold Colman to only two total hits.
Mitchell Aces 8, Parkston Mudcats 6
Mitchell tallied 11 hits as it defeated the Parkston Mudcats in non-league amateur baseball action Tuesday night. Peyton Mandel gave up three runs on only one hit to earn the victory on the mound for Mitchell.
Dimock/Emery Raptors 12, Alexandria Angels 7
Jason Schmidt had himself quite a day going 3-for-4 with two doubles and two walks to go along with five RBIs, but that wasn’t all he did last night. Schmidt earned the victory on the mound for the Raptors, allowing four runs on four hits and a walk.
Hartford/Humboldt Gamecocks 6, Flandreau Cardinals 2
Joe Hanisch and Ryan Healy led the Gamecock offense with one hit and two RBIs apiece. Hanisch had a double and Healy hit a homerun early in this game. Blake Svoboda earned the victory on the mound for the Gamecocks, tossing 11 strikeouts in five innings.
Lesterville Broncs 17, Menno Mad Frogs 6 (8 innings)
The Lesterville offense came to play last night, forcing a mercy rule in the eighth inning. Michael Drotzmann drove in three runs on two hits, including a homer, Tanner Van Driel hit a home run that drove in two, while Tyler Edler had two hits, a homerun, and a walk as well.
