Yesterday was National Macaroni and Cheese Day. Mac-and-cheese is simple, even if you mix-it-up by adding other ingredients . . . but there is one potentially divisive element.
Do you eat it with a FORK . . . a SPOON . . . or a SPORK? Someone recently asked the internet, and here are the results . . .
70% of people eat mac-and-cheese with a fork. 24% use a spoon. And 6% request a spork. (Which not everyone has just lying around.)
One person said IT DEPENDS . . . on how the mac-and-cheese is served. They say, “My rule is: If it’s served on a plate I eat it with a fork. If it’s served in a bowl I eat it with a spoon (or with chopsticks).”
And someone else asked if the fork-users are LICKING THEIR PLATES.
