The South Dakota Highway Patrol Motor Carrier Services are proud to invite the trucking community and the public to the Tilford Port of Entry’s Open House in celebration of Trucker Appreciation Day today (Sept. 18, 2024).
The event is an opportunity to express gratitude to the hardworking truckers who keep South Dakota moving. The Highway Patrol and our generous sponsors want to take this day to recognize the sacrifices truckers make to ensure goods are delivered safely and on time.
Attendees are encouraged to take a well-deserved break from the road, enjoy a complimentary meal and refreshments, and explore the exciting features of the newly revamped Tilford Port of Entry. Visitors will have the chance to see firsthand the latest updates and innovations designed to improve safety, efficiency, and convenience for motor carriers.
