2024 is over . . . and America, you know the drill. Now that the ride is over, it’s time to submit a review.
In a new survey, Americans were asked to rate the year 2024 on a scale of 1 to 10 . . . with 10 being incredible and 1 being basically a horror movie.
Overall, the average came in at 6.1. 17% gave 2024 a 5 . . . 17% gave it a 7 . . . 16% gave it an 8 . . . and 13% gave it a 6.
14% gave it either a 9 or a 10 . . . and 23% gave it LESS than a 5, including the 5% who gave it a 1, the lowest possible score.
When asked what made 2024 memorable, the most popular answer was “reconnecting with old friends and family members.” That was followed by “creative and personal growth” and “getting a new pet.”
In a previous poll, most people said they expect life in America to be a “5” throughout the next 10 years . . . although 41% are hopeful that their life will be better THIS year.
