South Dakota Governor Larry Rhoden ordered that flags be flown at half-staff statewide from sunrise until sunset on Sunday, December 7, 2025, in honor of Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day.
On Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day, we remember the 2,403 Americans who were killed in the attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941.
