State prison offender Joaquin Ramos death

South Dakota State prison offender Joaquin Ramos has died.

Ramos, age 57, passed away March 22nd in a comfort care setting at the Mike Durfee State Prison in Springfield.

At the time of his death, Ramos was serving a 150-year sentence for first-degree manslaughter from Pennington County.
