Mac and Cheese… I know it’s your first choice for Valentine’s Day dinner. Well, Kraft is changing things up! They have a limited edition pink Mac and Cheese. No, you can’t buy it in stores, but you can win yourself some. So… is it pink cheese or is it something else? According to Explore Food & Wine, it’s a pink candy powder. There are only 1,000 boxes available, so you do have to enter the contest to win. You can do that here. My mom is my rock! Especially the past few weeks. Since the fire, I haven’t been myself. Outside of work, I’m sad, down, and just not my happy go lucky self. My mom and dad have been some of the only people that have been there for me and made me feel like I’m a human the past few days. Them just calling and texting has meant the world to me!! I have no idea what I would do without them. I wanted to do something special for my mom for Valentine’s day this year, so I hit the internet for finding what moms really want. The most recent survey says they want alone time. They want to be somewhere where they don’t have to answer kids, clean up after people and just deal with daily stuff. I think I’m going to get my mom a night at a hotel so she can have that alone time because she deserves that and so much more!
