Gehring Officially Goes To USF

SIOUX FALLS – Standout Pierre lineman Gunnar Gehring is part of the 2021 football recruiting class at the University of Sioux Falls.

Gehring, a 6-foot-3, 260-pounder, played for four consecutive 11AA Governor state championship teams.  This past season, Gehring and his mates on the offensive line helped Pierre average 433 yards per game, to a 9-2 record, and to a fourth straight championship.  On defense in four seasons, Gehring had 181 tackles and 16 ½ sacks.

Earlier, tight end Regan Bollweg, Pierre’s all-time leading receiver, signed with South Dakota State during the initial signing period.
