Governor Girls Finish 8th In Huron

HURON – Ellie Jo Simpson fired a 93 Thursday to lead Pierre Governor Girls Golf in the Huron Invitational at Broadland Creek Golf Club.

Pierre shot 385 and was eighth of nine teams. Hadley Hart shot 95, Madilyn Brakke fired a 97, Haley Nadeau had a 100, Andrea Mosteller fired a 102 and Hattie Baldwin shot 112.

The Governors will play Friday at the Yankton Invitational.
