Corson County Sheriff’s Office responds to drowning, fatal rollover calls

Among the Corson County Sheriffs Office’s 71 calls for service May 24-31, 2021, was a call May 24 at 10:36am to a location southeast of McIntosh for a reported drowning.

When officers arrived, they discovered a 2 year old male had gone into the water, but had since been brought to shore. The child was conscious and breathing but was transported to the hospital by ambulance.

Also included in the calls was a May 31 call at 5:10am to a report of a one vehicle rollover accident at mile marker 173 on Highway 12. The responding officer discovered a 43 year old male from Bullhead dead at the scene.
