Like millions of others, Pierre and Fort Pierre mayors first heard about Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks while at work

Twenty years after terrorists flew two planes into the World Trade Center, one plane into the Pentagon and had passengers overpower them causing a fourth plane to crash in a field in Shanksville, Pennsylvania, many American still remember where they were when they first heard the news.
