A 24-year-old Pierre man faces several charges– including Threatening Law Enforcement– because of a traffic stop last night (Mon.).
Pierre Police Department officers were called to the 800 block of East Wells Avenue because Rodriguez Allen had caused a disturbance inside a business. During the investigation, officers learned Allen had driven himself to the business, showed signs of alcohol impairment and became combative with officers.
Allen was ultimately arrested for Driving Under the Influence, Open Container in a Motor Vehicle and Threatening Law Enforcement. He was transported to the Hughes County Jail.
