A 24-year-old woman from Fort Thompson and a 44-year-old man from Chamberlain have been indicted by a federal grand jury for Aiding and Abetting Sexual Abuse of a Minor.
Julia Pease and Chad Pease each pled not guilty to the Indictment.
The Indictment alleges that on July 6, 2015, and September 1, 2015, the Defendants engaged in a sexual act with a minor.
The maximum penalty if convicted is up to 15 years in federal prison and/or a $250,000 fine, 5 years of supervised release and restitution may be ordered.
Both were released on bond pending trial. A trial date has not been set.
