ABERDEEN – For the second straight event, Pierre Governor wrestling teams controlled in ESD dual action. At Aberdeen Central Thursday, Pierre’s girls won 54-6, with the boys taking a 57-10 victory. Both teams improved to 2-0 in duals this season.
For the Governor girls, Sydney Uhrig, Dani Ringstmeyer, Abbigail Lewis and Emalee Larson all won by pinfall.
Blake Judson, Chase Carda, Jaxon Ducheneaux, Jayden Wiebe, Lucas Chamberlin, Chance Carda and Josh Rydberg all had pins for the boys.
Pierre will next compete Saturday in the Huskies Invitational at Elk Point Jefferson High School.
