Cut Across Road in Stanley County is back open this (Wed.) morning after being closed for a short time last night.
County highway supt. Lee Smith says dirt blocking a culvert is causing the water to rise along what’s also known as three mile road.
Again, local residents should watch for signs and barricades signaling whether or not Cut Across Road west of Fort Pierre is open.
