Offical Contest Rules:

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: The contest is open to legal residents whom are 18 years of age or older. DRG Media Group employees and immediate family members are ineligible to register or participate in this contest.
2. HOW TO ENTER: To enter visit our sponsor locations listed above and register through December 17th. One daily wild card entry will also be drawn from those who enter at CommTech.
3. DETERMINATION OF WINNER: 12 daily semifinalists that are selected from our registration boxes at our sponsor locations will be entered into a separate daily drawing. One daily winner will be selected in a completely random drawing among those eligible entries. Drawings begin December 1, 2023 and will be held each consecutive weekday through December 18^th 2023. One winner will be drawn to become the winner of the daily prize and to be eligible for the grand prize drawing. One person cannot win more than one of the daily prize packages. The grand prize drawing will be held on December 21st, 2023, 5:30 p.m. at CommTech, 2510 E Irwin St., Pierre, SD 57501. Eligible finalists will be notified by email, mail or phone on how to attend the drawing. Daily winners do not need to be present to win and accept the prize. The odds of winning the grand prize will be one in thirteen max.
4. GRAND PRIZE: A 65”  Smart TV home theater package including a Integra Soundbar and Subwoofer, tilting Wall Mount and Installation from CommTech in Pierre. No substitutions or cash alternative for the prizes are allowed. Retail value is $2,693.30.
5. OBLIGATION: All taxes or registration fees are the responsibility of the winner.
6. PUBLICITY: Winners agree that by accepting a prize, they allow DRG Media Group and it’s stations, full rights to publicize their full name, city and state as means of promoting and publicizing the contest and it’s sponsors.
