Walworth County Landfill Free Waste Clean-Up

Monday, May 15 through Saturday, May 20, 2023 will be WALWORTH COUNTY CLEAN-UP DAYS. This is for Walworth County Residents ONLY!!
The items that the Walworth County Landfill will be accepting free of charge:
*Wood Waste, *Tree Branches, *Concrete, *Metal, *Upholstered Furniture, *Carpet, *Mattresses
All metal & appliances should be transported to Borah's Auto Service (Former K & K Auto) in Mobridge for the duration of cleanup days.
Household garbage, refrigerators, tires and window air conditioners are NOT eligible for free disposal.
The Landfill facility will be open Monday through Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm, and Saturday 8 am to 11:30 am
Commercial haulers, business entities, and out-of-county customers are not allowed to participate in Clean-Up Days.
ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THE CONDITIONS OUTLINED ABOVE!!
All loads must be covered or secured; fines will be assessed for all unsecured loads. All incoming loads must be separated into categories listed here; if loads are not separated, the customer will be asked to separate items at the facility. All dumping will be monitored by Landfill staff.
