Herbert “Herby” Hale, age 68, of Cherry Creek, SD, entered the Spirit World on Thursday, August 8, 2024 at Eagle Butte, SD. A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 16, 2024 at the Blue Gym at Cherry Creek, SD, with Keith Curley officiating. Following a luncheon, burial will take place at the UCC Cemetery at Cherry Creek, SD.

Herbie is survived by his daughter, Rhianna Hale of Takini, SD, Three sisters: Martha Hale, Rapid City, Connie Bear Stops of Red Scaffold, and Pat Red Fox of Ft. Yates, ND, and one brother, Cleo Hale of Cherry Creek.
