Isadore Ducheneaux, Jr., age 61, of Eagle Butte, SD entered the Spirit World on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at the Sunset Manor Avera Nursing Facility.
A wake service will begin at 7:00 PM, Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at St. John’s Episcopal Church at Eagle Butte. A funeral will begin at 10:00 AM, Thursday, June 27 at St. John’s Church with Louella Marshall officiating. Following a luncheon, burial will follow at the Ascension Cemetery at Black Foot, SD.
Isadore is survived by his son, Isadore Ducheneaux, III, of Eagle Butte, daughter, KC Ducheneaux of Minneapolis, MN.Three brothers: Lynn Ducheneaux of Sisseton, SD, Wallace Ducheneaux of Eagle Butte and Frederick Ducheneaux of Spirit Lake, ND. Four sisters: Yvette Inukiha’angana and Victoria Ducheneaux of Eagle Butte, Joann Ducheneaux of Highmore, SD and Brenda Robertson of Kansas. 14 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.
