Jae P. Condon, 43, of Rapid City, entered the spirit world, Saturday, January 17, 2026, at Monument Health Hospital, Rapid City.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. MST, Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at St. John’s Episcopal Church, Eagle Butte. Burial will follow in St. Paul’s Episcopal Cemetery, LaPlant. Wake services will be 6:00 p.m. Monday, February 2, 2026, at the church, with a procession from the 4-mile at 4:00 p.m.
Jae Paula Condon was born on January 1, 1983, in Pierre, South Dakota, to Mike Condon Sr. and Mary Cloud Eagle. She grew up in Eagle Butte and Rapid City, South Dakota, where she attended school and graduated in 2001.
While in high school, Jae Paula met Leon Red Dog Jr., known as “Boss.” From their union, she was blessed with five children: Kipp James (Morning Star Ree, O’rion Jae, Aloura Lanette, Star Leoni, and Erin Ruby Roze), Marckis Darren Adam, Quiency Louis, Jordan Leoni, and Jesika Jae.
Jae Paula is lovingly survived by her significant other, Darren Two Bulls; sisters: Jacque Frost of Eagle Butte, Angel Gilbert of Rapid City, Kourtnie Gilbert of Rapid City, Tonya Condon of Bismarck, ND, Meagan and Milo Lafferty of Bear Creek, and Lakota Condon of Dupree; brother, Mike Condon Jr. of Dupree; her grandchildren; aunts, Bernice Condon and June Condon of Eagle Butte, Doris White of Eagle Butte, and Darlene Nichols of Pierre; uncle, Gordon “Shorty” Condon; sister-cousins, Margo Condon and Jayme Pretty Weasel of Rapid City; first cousins, Deanna Gould, Geri (Jim) Dewey; and many extended family members.
Jae Paula was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Cloud Eagle and Mike Condon Sr.; brothers, Jess and Jamie Thompson, Gibson Garreaux Jr.; grandmother, Mary Bowker Shaving; grandparents, Silas “Pat” and Catherine Condon; granddaughter, Keeva Nichole Fallon Washburn; grandson, Justin Reid Strikes Enemy Jr.; uncles, Jim Cloud Eagle, Elmer Niclos, and Pete Gould; aunts: Nancy Cloud Eagle-Garreaux, Delema Gould, Karen Mandan, Yvonne “Yogi” Garreaux, and Alfreda Bowker Thompson; nieces, Gayle Lofton and Raylene Briggs.
Jae Paula will be remembered for her love of family, her strength, and the deep connections she shared with those around her. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
