Jesse Janis, age 44, of Green Grass, SD, entered the Spirit World on Monday, October 21, 2024 at Monument Health Hospital at Rapid City, SD. A wake service will begin at 7:00 PM, Friday, November 1, 2024 at the CRST Bingo Hall at Eagle Butte. A funeral service will begin at 10:00 AM, Saturday, November 2, at the Bingo Hall. Following the service, cremation will take place with a memorial service at a later date.

Jesse is survived by his sons, Darius James, Devon James, Dillon James, and Brudius all of Montana. Two daughters, Heather Eagle Bear of Rapid City, SD and Jaris Morrison of Eagle Butte.
