Kayle “Budda” E. Abrahamson, 42, of Fort Pierre, passed away Monday, February 1, 2021. A Celebration of Life Open House will be held 4:00-7:00pm, Friday, February 12, 2021 at the Governor’s Inn Conference Room.

Kayle Eugene Abrahamson was born July 1, 1978 to Niel Abrahamson and Donna Westergren in Pierre. Kayle grew up and attended school in Pierre. His working days were spent bartending and providing security. When he wasn’t working he could often be found building or fixing computers which was something at which he excelled and thoroughly enjoyed. Kayle loved spending time with friends playing a role playing or board game. He also enjoyed cooking a good meal and sharing his creations with family and friends. In his quiet time he found peace in reading and writing poetry.

Kayle will be missed by his siblings Donald Abrahamson of Fort Pierre, SD, Nila (Greg) Martinek of Mitchell, SD, Ken (Annette) Abrahamson of Sussex, WI, Zeanna (Dan) Odens of Kearney, NE, Margo (Patrick) Mitchell of Kennebec, SD, and Misty Siedschlaw of Pierre, SD along with a host of beloved nieces, nephew, cousins, and extended family members.
