Funeral services for Roxanne Stoneman, 49, of Bullhead, will be at 11 AM, Friday, April 11, 2025 at the Bullhead Community Center. Burial will be at St. Aloysius Catholic Cemetery under the direction of Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge. A procession will leave at 5 PM Thursday from Kesling Funeral Home for a 7 PM wake service. Roxanne passed away, Friday, March 28, 2025, at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls.

Roxanne Stoneman was born on September 10, 1975, to Brent and Alvina Long Chase. She grew up in the country and attended McIntosh School District. Roxanne welcomed her son, Zachary Long Chase in 1993 in Bismark, North Dakota. Sadly, Zachary passed away in 2019. Roxanne spent a portion of her time helping her cousin and sister raise her nieces and nephews in Sisseton, South Dakota. She also worked at the Dakota Magic Casino in Hutchinson, ND. Roxanne and her son moved back to Standing Rock in 2002 where her parents helped her raise him. She worked at the Bay for the Grand River Casino. For the past 13 years Roxanne and her mother have been caring for her brother’s two daughters. She loved her girls very much. Roxanne has many, many nieces and nephews who loved her and she loved them. They will miss her very much!
