Timothy Alvin Pullman, 59, of Miller, passed away Sunday, January 31, 2021 at his home.
Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m., Thursday, February 4, 2021 at the St. Lawrence Community Church with visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m. Private burial will follow the service at the St. Lawrence Cemetery. Masks are required at the funeral service.
The funeral will be livestreamed on the funeral home website and the church Facebook page.
Tim was born March 23, 1961 in Huron, South Dakota to Darlene (Wipf) and Alvin Pullman. He attended grade school in Doland and Redfield, South Dakota. His first two years of high school were completed in Redfield and last the two years in Polo. In May of 1979, he graduated from Polo High School and then went on to receive a Diesel Mechanic degree at Lake Area Technical Institute in Watertown.
On February 27, 2001, he married Debbie (Becker) Slunecka in Mazatlan, Mexico. He owned and operated a seamless gutter business and was employed by Leingang Siding for several years. He then went to work for C & B Operations and MG Oil as a truck driver. He was currently employed with Agtegra as a fuel truck driver.
Tim loved spending time with Debbie fishing and camping on the river and hunting. Sunday afternoon card games with his friends were a weekly must. Tim worked diligently keeping the St. Lawrence Cemetery mowed and cared for.
Tim is survived by his wife, Debbie of Miller; mother, Darlene Gaspar of Orient; brother, Kevin (Julie) Pullman of Ft. Atkinson, WI; sister, Rose (Greg) Hagan of Redfield; half-sister, Susan (Brian) Burckhartzmeyer of Orient; step-brother, John Gaspar of Miller; step-sisters: Teresa Gaspar and Audrey Marsh both of Sioux Falls; daughter, Courtney (Kyle) Van Zee of Miller; mother-in-law, Verna Becker of St. Lawrence; sister-in-law, Dianna (Steve) Shaykett of Hartford; many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his father, Alvin; stepfather, Vince Gaspar; brother-in-law, Kermith Mullner; and sister-in-law, Cheryl (Duane) Pease.
