A 30-year-old Pierre man faces charges after an incident yesterday (Sun.) morning.
The Pierre Police Department reports Patrick Marshall was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault and Trespassing. Marshall is accused of entering a female acquaintance’s residence in the 300 block of South Brule Street and kicking the female when she asked him to leave. Marshall has previously trespassed on this property.
