BROOKING, S.D. The South Dakota State swimming and diving teams are working together to help those impacted by flooding in Nebraska, Iowa and South Dakota. Partnered with United Way of the Midlands, the Jackrabbits have a goal of raising $2,000. Fans looking to help out can donate at https://app.mobilecause.com/f/29et/n. As part of the efforts to raise awareness, the team is also putting on a 24-Hour Relay. Starting Friday, April 12 at 2 p.m. the Jacks will have swimmers in the pool continuously through Saturday, April 13 at 2 p.m. Among the SDSU swimmers taking part in the Relay is former Pierre Swim Team member Ashley Theobold. Theobold and 4 teammates will be swimming Friday from 8 pm to 10 pm.
