Today (July 8) is the deadline to submit operating proposals for Spring Creek Resort and Marina to the South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks Department.
Required services include cabin and lodge room rental, retail goods, boat slips and boat fuel. The prospectus details further terms and conditions that should be included in the proposal.
