Storms rolled through much of central South Dakota over the weekend bringing varying amounts of rain, hail and strong winds.
Weatherology meteorologist Micheal Karow says yesterday’s (Sun.) rainfall total in Pierre was just shy of an inch.
Karow says hail size varied as well.
He says at this point, it looks like any severe weather in the next day or so will be in far eastern South Dakota.
Average temperatures for Pierre/Fort Pierre this time of year are in the mid 70s.
