RAPID CITY – South Dakota Mines men’s basketball has added transfer Kolton Frugoli. He is a 6’3” guard from Reno, Nevada, who transferred from one of SD Mines’ Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference rivals, Colorado Christian. Frugoli led Bishop Manogue to Nevada regional titles and state tournament appearances in his junior and senior seasons. He was an All-Conference and All-State player and a 1,000-point scorer.
Last season for Colorado Christian, Frugoli played in 19 games, averaging one point and just over eight minutes a game.
