BRANDON – Huset’s Speedway will reopen next year after the finalization of its sale. Tod Quiring, the owner of Jackson Motorplex in Jackson, Minnesota, purchased the property from Chuck Brennan for an undisclosed price. Quiring says that 410 sprint cars will race on Sunday nights next season. The track has been closed since 2017, when Brennan said that an interest rate cap on short-term loans forced him to close down his Badlands Entertainment Group properties in South Dakota, including Huset’s.
Quiring has owned cars that took part in the World of Outlaws and promoted big sprint car races in Jackson.
