Kids in grades K-5 invited to design a bus for River Cities Public Transit

River Cities Public Transit in Pierre has a new bus and they’re asking kids in grades K-5 to come up with a design for the outside of it.

Jess Marlow with River Cities Public Transit says Wednesday at midnight (Sept. 30) is the entry deadline.

He says about a dozen designs will be on the bus.

Kids may use colored pencils, crayons or markers to make their design.
