Yesterday was the last day of Class A Boys High School Golf and two Mobridge Pollock golfers competed in the State A Golf Meet in Hot Springs. Jack Faehnrich went out with a 56 and came in with a 49 for a total of 105 combined with his first day score of 108 meant that Jack finished ninety first. Sean Moser had a first round score of 99 and then yesterday in his second round he found his groove going out with a 41 and coming back with a 47 to score an 88. The two day total was 187 good enough for a fifty third place finish. The over all winner of the tournament was Micah Dohrer of Aberdeen Roncalli who shot a 152 over the two days.

Thursday night North Central will take on Herreid Selby Area in Herreid starting around 5:00 PM, Faulkton Area will be in Mellette to take on Northwestern starting around 6:00 PM and next up for the Mobridge Pollock Volleyball team is next Monday as they will travel to Ipswich starting around 5:00 PM. It’s going to be a busy night of football on Friday as Timber Lake will be in Bison, Lemmon McIntosh will host Dupree, Potter County will take on Hitchcock Tulare tentatively if plans haven’t changed, North Border will play in Mellette against Northwestern and the game of the week for KMLO will be Ipswich Edmunds Central at Selby taking on Herreid Selby Area. KMLO 100 point seven FM will have the call around 6:30 PM.
