RAPID CITY – Central High School will play its final regular season football game Thursday, but Stevens will not.
Central has missed two straight games after four people associated with the team tested positive for COVID-19, bringing forth a 10-day quarantine and two weeks of no close contact. The Cobblers, who are 1-5, will host Sioux Falls Lincoln on Thursday at O’Harra Stadium.
Stevens was to have played at home against Brandon Valley on Thursday. The Raiders, 0-7, are in quarantine until Wednesday after a COVID-19 exposure last week that cancelled last week’s scheduled game at Lincoln.
