MITCHELL – Tickets went on sale Wednesday for Dakota Wesleyan basketball, with seating and capacity restrictions set for the Corn Palace.
DWU Athletic Director Jon Hart said that about 1,600 fans will be allowed in the Corn Palace, which seats about 3,200 for basketball. 1,400 tickets have been allotted for general admission with the other 200 reserved for DWU students.
Hart said that fans are encouraged to purchase tickets through a pre-sale option and there will be a walk-up ticketing option. However, if the capacity is reached, the walk-up option will be pulled. Masks will be mandatory and fans will be encouraged to self-screen before attending games.
The first home games for DWU will be the GPAC openers against Briar Cliff on Wednesday, November 11 at the Corn Palace.
