Waking up can be hard. I understand that one. I’m the type of person that has to set about 10 alarms. I’m usually up by the first one, but I like to have that safety net just in case something does go wrong. If you can only set one alarm and get up, you are a lucky person.
According to Yahoo News, if you hit so many times that you stay in bed for 14 minutes after your first alarm, you are starting your day off on the wrong foot. I’m an eye phone user and know that my snooze length is nine minutes. That means I could only hit snooze twice for it to hit that time limit.
I’m not sure if I agree with this study or not! First off… how do you even test that. There are so many factors that can impact someone’s day. I know that if you don’t wake up in the right sleep cycle, it could impact your day. I wonder if snooze and your sleep cycle have connections that impact the outcome.
This same study found that the day folks struggle the most waking up is Monday’s followed by Tuesdays. After a fun weekend, it can be hard to get out of bed. Believe me, I get it. My mom has been telling me lately, complaining about it, isn’t going to get you anywhere so deal with it and make a change. I know none of us like Mondays, but complaining about it isn’t going to get us anywhere. So let’s get through this Monday with some laughter! Have a great day friend!
