Church Street in Pierre between Highland Avenue and South Dakota Boulevard will close to through traffic beginning at 7:30am tomorrow (Sept. 28, 2021).
Local traffic access will be maintained. Weather permitting, the stretch of road is expected to reopen to through traffic by Friday. The closure will accommodate completion of construction work on Nicollet Avenue.
