A White River man convicted of Enticement of a Minor Using the Internet has been sentenced in federal U.S. District Court.
41 year old Justin Boyles was sentenced to 11 years and 3 months in federal prison, followed by 5 years of supervised release, and ordered to pay $100 special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund.
The charge related to Boyles using the internet to facilitate sexual intercourse with a juvenile female.
This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Assistant U.S. Attorney Megan Poppen prosecuted the case.
Boyles was immediately turned over to the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service.
