Wastin’ away again . . . on a Margaritaville cruise ship? Nope, no kidding.
Jimmy Buffett’s brand is expanding from hotels, restaurants, and appliances to now include a cruise line. The whole experience is called Margaritaville at Sea and the ship is named Margaritaville Paradise. Jimmy said, quote, “To me, the only thing better than being on a beach by the ocean, is to be on the ocean. Now you can follow in our wake.”
It’s setting sail for the first time at the end of April out of a port in Palm Beach, Florida and heading to the Bahamas. It’ll be a two-night/three-day trip.
Some of the ship’s features include: 10 passenger decks . . . 659 cabins . . . a “Pair-A-Dice” casino . . . nightclubs . . . and a theater. Oh, and multiple pools and bars, of course. A two-night cruise currently starts at $249 a person.
