The Capital Area United Way held its annual meeting yesterday (Dec. 16, 2021) in Pierre.
Board president Jessica Hanig says they’re still pushing to hit this year’s “Be The G.O.A.T.” fundraising goal.
Hanig says CAUW takes care of the fundraising so partner agencies can focus on providing their 35 programs and services.
Until something happens to them, Hanig says may people don’t realize what assistance is available from CAUW funded agencies.
