A 30 year old man from Pierre is faces burglary and domestic violence charges after an incident early yesterday evening (Jan. 24, 2022, @ 5:28pm) in the 200 block of East 1st Street in Pierre.
The Pierre Police Department says Gaston Voice forced entry into his former girlfriend’s residence and physically assaulted her while dropping off their children. Voice was arrested for 2nd Degree Burglary, Intentional Damage to Property Less Than $400 and Simple Assault Domestic Violence.
