FORT PIERRE – For the first time this season, the Oahe Capitals were shut out Sunday, falling 2-0 to Sioux Falls Flyers 2 at the Expo Center.
Cooper Goehring and Marcus Halling scored for the Flyers, who had a 47-save shutout in goal by Ian Pattison.
Carter Schultz made 19 saves for the Capitals (9-6), who outshot Sioux Falls 2 47-21.
The Capitals will host Watertown Saturday at the Expo Center to round out the “Pink The Rink” day.
