Miller Stops SC Girls

FORT PIERRE – Miller outlasted Stanley County in girls basketball Tuesday at Parkview Auditorium, 52-39.

Miller (10-5) was led by 12 points from Tyra Gates. Abigail Blake and Ally Mullaney each scored 11.

For Stanley County (3-14), Mattie Duffy scored nine points. Taylee Stroup, Carlie O’Conner and Jordyn Sosa each scored eight.

The Buffalo girls will next play Saturday against Wall at Parkview Auditorium. Coverage of the varsity doubleheader will begin at around 4:15 on 1060/103.1 KGFX and at the KGFX page at the DRG News app & drgnews.com.
