Various Central South Dakota boys wrestling programs qualified wrestlers for state at various regional tournaments on Saturday.

MILBANK – Chamberlain had two regional champions and qualified 11 wrestlers for the state tournament Saturday at the 3A Regional Tournament at Milbank High School.
Noah Hutmacher won the 195-pound weight class to improve to 37-4 this season. Canyon Burkard won at 285 pounds. Chamberlain was third in team scoring with 179.5 points.

BRITTON – Potter County’s Nicholas Schlachter finished third at 113 pounds Saturday in the 1B Boys Regional Wrestling Tournament at Britton-Hecla Arena.
Schlachter qualifies for the state tournament, which begins Thursday at the Denny Sanford Premier Center in Sioux Falls.
Sully Buttes did not qualify any boys wrestlers for state.

MILLER – Winner held off Kimball/White Lake/Platte-Geddes Saturday to win the 3B Boys Regional Wrestling Tournament.
The Warriors had 233 points, ahead of K/WL/P-G’s 221. Miller/Highmore-Harrold was seventh with 114.
11 Winner wrestlers qualified for state, with five taking regional titles. K/WL/P-G qualified nine wrestlers and four were region winners. Miller/Highmore-Harrold qualified five wrestlers, with one regional winner.
