Capitals Lose In State 3rd-Place Game

SIOUX FALLS – William McDonnel and Jack Sievert were two of five goal scorers and each had an assist Sunday as Sioux Falls 1 defeated the Oahe Capitals 5-2 in the third-place game of the SDAHA Boys Varsity Tournament at the SCHEELS IcePlex.

Jarron Beck and Ashton Griese had the goals for the Capitals (14-9). Carter Schulz made 17 saves.
