Woman from Marion killed in two-vehicle accident Saturday near Lennox

UPDATE MARCH 23, 2022:

A 59 year old woman from Marion, SD, was killed Saturday morning (March 19, 2022) in a two-vehicle crash three miles north of Lennox.

Preliminary crash information from the South Dakota Highway Patrol indicates Nicoli Wrage was driving a 2002 Toyota Camry eastbound on 275^th Street when it collided in the intersection with an 2016 Dodge Ram 2500 pickup that was southbound on 466^th Avenue. Both vehicles went off the roadway into a field.

Wrage was pronounced dead at the scene. Jordan Javers, the 32-year-old male driver of the pickup, sustained serious non-life threatening injuries and was transported by ambulance to a Sioux Falls hospital. Both drivers were wearing seat belts.

South Dakota’s Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
