Sometimes hungry bears meet consequences. Workers in Sussex County, New Jersey, have finally freed an 89-pound bear cub’s head from a plastic chicken feeder after finally locating the animal on a trail camera. The animal was initially spotted with it’s unfortunate feeder accessory months ago, and couldn’t be found for a while. On Monday morning (May 9th) the bear was sedated while workers removed the feeder. The bear appeared to be in good physical condition following the ordeal and was released into the woods.
